“A beautiful sauce if you love onions like I do. The smoke is definitely there but isn't overpowering, and the onions provide such a great natural sweetness. Nothing too hot (7,900 shu according to Hot ones) but has a nice light burn. Amazing on breakfast food.”

“The heat level on this one isn't crazy but man, the flavor is awesome. First thought was to use it with some Chevre or similar soft cheese. Went really, really well with roasted shrimp!”
