“This sauce was pretty hot. I had to shake it up pretty well. I love sauces on my steak bites for dinner or a little on some salted ground beef hamburger meat. While I liked the spice level, I don't think the flavor matched the name. The heat index was very high, but the flavor profile was not so "Taco-ish". I is a great sauce though. I just love some of the other HOT ONES sauces a lot better.”

“The bottle doesn't lie. This is an extremely hot sauce. That said, it also has a wonderful balanced full flavor and as long as you start slow and work your way up to find your tolerance level, this may well be a regular in your hot sauce rotation. I eat it mostly on Mexican food, not because I think it has limited applications, but rather because I like to have a half dozen different sauces available at any given time. It has a slightly bitter bite to it and a gradual build up of heat that finishes in a long lingering afterburn. And this is being written after a particularly heavy-handed application on home-made street tacos, so the pepper on my tongue is very present. I think I dribbled a dozen drops or more on each of the four tacos I ate. Man, is this yummy! Pardon me while I wipe my brow.”

“This is HOT! And tastes great! It is perfect for Nachos, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and enchiladas. I put it on all of those. It is so hot that no one else in my family and friends can stand the heat, but it really is perfect for those like me that love the hottest of the hot. This sauce quickly became one of my top 5 and a must-gave in my kitchen. I can’t eat a taco without it!!”
