“This sauce is well-named because it goes really well on tacos, but it pairs up with enchiladas, egg/potato scrambles, and pretty much any savory casserole. I was expecting the vinegar to be more pronounced, so was pleasantly surprised that it was more in the background. When I use sauces on my dishes I try to pair ones that work well together and compliment each other's flavors, but sometimes I just want to add peppery heat to something (like tacos or eggs) and this sauce is great because it does not have a super-assertive taste, but still has a nice flavor and heat.”

“I love this sauce. I brings as much heat as I've had from heatonist and I put on every taco, breakfast burrito etc. Definitely ghost peppery, but the taste is just ok for me. Probably will venture out and try something else. If I can't find one that pairs well w/ mexican food, I'd definitely come back to this.”
