“This hot sauce is like a Tabasco with an islander kick. It has that liquid splash consistency. Good heat content.”

“This sauce is very thin with the vinegar base, and no chunks or thickness at all, but it packs a good punch. It's only rated a 6, but I tasted it side by side with another sauce rated as an 8, and I thought it packed more heat. I can eat a table spoon of texas pete or Tabasco and it doesn't taste all that hot, but a teaspoon of this had me burning for a while....but in a good way.”

“A bit of fruit, a bit of vinegar, nice heat, tastes great. My favorite sauce out of many. No idea why this isn’t more popular. Sort of like a tropical, much better tasting tabasco. Heat is more like medium-low.”
