This sauce has a high vinegar profile. Sauce is very thin. Nothing to write home about. Pretty spicy overall. I’ve tried it on eggs and tacos, but it’s just okay. I honestly am just trying to use it up to make room for a better sauce.

Tasty. Hot. You can put it on anything. Love that hot vinegar kick.

Very solid sauce. Relatively one one-note in that it doesn’t have a sweetness or many other flavours ringing around, but that isn’t a bad thing. It has that fermented kind of depth like a Tabasco does, but kicked up a few notches and because it’s simple it goes well with many food combinations. Overall it’s a nice and hot all purpose sauce. Good vinegar base and pepper flavour. Would buy again

Nice vinegary sauce. Personally it seems like a more intense Tabasco, but that's not a problem because I'm a fan of that. Overall though it does lack a bit in the flavor department, pretty one tone, but if you like sauces with the strong vinegar taste you'll love it.

I love hot sauces and a while ago my wife purchased me the ENTIRE lineup from season 8 of Hot Ones as a gift. Kolohe Kid was my absolute favorite sauce. I’ve now been through like 3 bottles of this stuff. First, it’s a perfect vinegary sauce so it goes well on so many things which is why I think I use it so much. A lot of other hot sauces are delicious but their bold flavor profile can make them more suited for meat or a particular style of food. Kolohe kid however tastes amazing on pretty much everything: pastas, meat, fish, burgers, pizza, tacos, potatoes, etc. It ads amazing heat and enhances the flavor of your food without drowning it out. I tell people it’s kind of like tobasco sauce but turned up to 11. Second, the heat is perfect (for me). It’s just enough to get my sinuses reacting, my lips tingling, but not so overpowering that it’s all I taste. Don’t misunderstand; it’s damn hot! Everyone I have had taste it reacts the same like “oh damn that is hot!” but immediately follow up with “but oh that’s really tasty...but HOT!” so be careful at first. Third, it’s delicious! The flavor profile is just so amazing and simple: apple cider vinegar, chili peppers, salt, and garlic. I think the simplicity is why it works so well with everything. It’s also very splashy/low viscosity which means it’s easy to apply to your meal. I bring this bottle with me to restaurants it’s that good; especially on Mexican food. It’s totally my hot sauce in the bag à la Beyoncé.

This has a similar watery consistency to Tabasco, but has more heat and better flavor.

This tastes so delicious and is very hot without being unpleasant. Only complaint would be the smell. Not sure how to describe it but its gross.

This one is quite distinctive with a high vinegar (and is thin) and is a mild to moderate heat punch (front of the palate).. I was expecting a tad more punch but the flavor makes up for it..
