Notably "splashy" and thin, the consistency and bright flavor make Kolohe Kid perfectly suited for dousing seafood. Honestly, it's great in/on anything just don't expect to do any dipping. The distinctive Hawaiian overtones and surprising above-medium punch of heat go a long way to spice up a dish.

Great flavor, I like after taste of vinegar. Although not as hot as I expected it to be I discovered another use for it. Ready? I put it on my slices of pizza. Yah, never mind the crushed. Put this instead, yes

To start this review if you don't like heavy vinegar based sauces like Tobasco this sauce is not for you. That being said I will never use Tobasco at home over this Hawaiian gem. The combination of heat and fruity tones from the ghost pepper and Hawaiian chili pepper are amazing and I ran through my first bottle in 4 days. It has a perfect balance of heat, vinegar, and a touch of sweetness despite its very simple formula of 4 ingredients. Make no mistake though, this sauce does come in with some lingering heat!

Got this sauce with my Hot Ones subscription and honestly wasn't impressed with it out of the box. I've since changed my mind, because this sauce is actually kind of perfect. My first impression was "this is literally just Tabasco but hotter," and that's still my impression after finishing half the bottle.. but that's also why I've already finished half a bottle. It's very liquidy with very simple ingredients (peppers, vinegar, salt, and garlic), but it fills that niche almost perfectly. It's great on eggs, steak and cheese, as a topping for chili -- probably anything other than a wing sauce. The heat leaves a lot to be desired if you go into it expecting a superhot (I'd give it a generous 4/10 for heat), but the flavor more than makes up for it (and I'm admittedly not a huge fan of vinegar-based sauces). This is a very solid casual breakfast hot sauce for the chiliheads out there, and a very solid upgraded Tabasco for the aspiring chiliheads. It's not my favorite sauce of all time, but Adoboloco Hawaiian deserves credit for taking a classic and making it objectively better without straying too far from what makes it a classic in the first place.

this sauce tastes pretty much identical to tobasco sauce, the only difference is that it brings more heat. So if you get this sauce expect it to be fairly runny and that typical tabasco vinegar taste.

A heat that will settle in and leave you doing some mouth breathing. The flavor is mild, but definitely pepper and vinegar.
