This is absolutely perfect for me. Just enough kick to make ya go “whew” without losing any taste. I always love a -hot- hot sauce that keeps a good solid flavor. I have ordered this many times and recommend it to friends regularly.

I like this sauce a lot. As the description says, all purpose to add heat. My favorites to use this on are southwest rice bowls (chicken or steak).

Fiya Fiya is will kick-up the heat on anything you add it to or put it on. Currently my favorite use is to mix a splash of it into plain hummus and kick it up. I like spicy, but in my opinion, this is too hot to put on a hard-boiled egg. It might be tasty on an egg sandwich, but you definitely need some bread, cheese and bacon to balance it out.

As someone said, it sneaks up on you after about 2 or 3 seconds in your mouth and then the "fiya" lingers. It's not a make-your-mouth-numb burn, but it's powerful (or "biting" as the heatonist description says). Felt like the flavor is super smokey (not my go-to taste) and that bite kind of takes away from tasting much. Best thing about it is, it's not sweet. I wish the top of the bottle had a little thing to control the pour, because if you make a mistake and do too much, you'll pay for it.

I am new to diving into the hot sauces after watching Hot Ones. After reading the reviews I had to see how bad the heat was. I loaded my egg and bacon sandwich up and took the first bite. You first taste the smokey but slightly tangy flavor. It is very much a tobasco style but on steroids. The flavor is really good. The heat quickly followed up but wasn't overwhelmed immediately. Like a fool I poured quite a bit more on and took the 2nd bite with very little time between the two. That's when the heat peaked and I had to do a couple walking laps around the kitchen. Sweating and sipping on water. The heat is a solid heat that sticks with you for about 3-5 minutes and then it is gone. If you are looking for a sauce you can use on about anything that tastes real good with the higher end heat I recommend this sauce.

There is a definite deep, smokey flavor that goes with the heat. This stuff works best on a rice dish or something that can absorb it. Not a thick hot sauce, but super tasty.

I recently hosted an event based on the Hot Ones challenge. 6 competitors and 11 sauces(bonus XXX hot ones #11). I am reviewing my line up with feedback from myself and 5 others. This sauce was my #7. The taste was very reminiscent of smokey BBQ type sauces. Quite honestly, aside from the heat, it was one of the few sauces in the line up that i would consider using again based on taste. The heat was far and away the worst of the line up for everyone based on feedback and reactions. it hit the hardest and lasted longest. people were crying, bread and milk were devoured, red faces and plenty of sweat proceeded. Flavour - 4 of 5 Heat - 8.5 of 10
