“I usually stay in the mild-medium range but tried this as a stretch, especially because I love fresh green mangos. My first taste straight out of the bottle was a little to hot for me. I put it in tje 'fridge and waited a whlie. Tonight we grilled some awesome bratwurst from our local butcher, owned by the same family fir 145 yrs. I grabbed the Carnival and a couple other sauces. Well, this sauce wrnt so good with the brats that I never touched the others. Apparently, using it sparingly allowed me to taste the yummy swet and savory avors without the spice overwhelming me. I'm sold on this now for anytime I want a sweeter sauce.”

“This sauce it too hot on its own! But the taste is amazing. I take down the heat by mixing it with a kinds of food such as Beans, cheese and Mexican sour cream”

“Just recently tried Carnival and it's immediately one of my favorite sauces ever - great flavor for just about everything and the right hotness that you can feel it but it doesn't build up too much when consuming in quantity. Just delicious!”

“Got this along with "Garlic Reaper" and "Last Dab XXX" . My three favorite sauces are all Caribbean-styled, so this one was a no-brainer. If you're a fan of any of the following, I'll bet you'll dig this too: - Yellowbird Habanero - Torchbearer Zombie Apocalypse - Lottie's Barbados Yellow”

“My all time favorite hot sauce! Perfect blend of punishment and flavor. Like it tastes soooo goood. I’m usually panting and sweating after. I put it on everything, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Someone help me. I think I may be addicted”
