“Taste pretty good. Different from others. Use it on soups, sandwhichs and bbq. Gives that little kick and flavor.”

“Sweeter than expected with fruit notes which can contrast with savory foods or add to the dishes on the sweet side. The heat is fast and crisp, not overpowering by any means.”

“Flavor is great and a little smokey. Similar to other scotch bonnet sauces I’ve had. Definitely spicy but you can get used to it. I would recommend this sauce.”
