“I should preface my wife and I are just getting into enthusiast hot sauces. This was our first in the hot category. I actually didn't expect the heat - I love sweet heats but after the quick sweet came a really intense ride. Ran around the house for a few minutes after a couple of drops on the toungue. Bought the sauce to make wings - might add a bit of honey but therwise great flavor.”

“I work with adolescents, and for Fourth of July I had a hot sauce testing event with them. The Carnival brand won out, although the Peperoncini green sauce was a sweet/spicy second. They loved the heat that was almost more than they could bear, and the thyme and ginger flowery flavor. I have 10 heatonist flavors. Excellent choice.”

“Granted, it's a beginner take. I haven't yet subject enough myself to super hot sauces, so take this with a grain of pepper; this is a really good sauce. It's flavorful, and fresh tasting, but it feels a bit cruel. It's a certain back of throat hotness that leaves me trying not to cough, and it's concentrated and it lingers. I'm giving it a high score, because it is an objectively good hot sauce, but I personally am struggling to figure out how I'm supposed to use this thing. I tried adding a few drops to a can of chili, and it made the chili almost too hot to eat. My most successful run with it has been on pineapple pizza, so maybe it works best when paired with savory fruit dishes. Buy and enjoy, but be warned, it's a sauce that's hard to apply for those of a more sensitive disposition.”

“It is best used upon seafood, or at least as far as I've tried it. When paired as such, the flavor enhance the seafood so well it is indeed a Carnival. Be sure not to add too much, unless you really enjoy the heat, and even then, it still brings great flavor.”

“This was my favorite out of the bunch that I ordered. The heat is great but never overshadows the flavors. This is my go to sauce for wing nights. Love it!”
