“This sauce is not spicy, but it is great for dumplings”

“Sweet and tartish, I didn't really taste the sesame oil. The label has a huge dumpling on it. Naturally, I tried it with all sorts of dumplings I had in the freezer. It was alright, the sweetness was too overpowering for me to use regularly. I'd have liked a bit more acidity, perhaps more ginger too.”

“This tastes just like dumpling sauce (vinegar, soy, ginger) with a mild heat. This is exactly what I was looking for in terms of finding something I can use to add some heat to my soup dumplings and gyozas that I make at home.”

“This sauce just wasn't for me. It wasn't very hot, was kind of sweet and was sort of like an asian BBQ sauce. I think I could see using this more as a marinade than actually using it on top of finished food.”

“I am not a big fan of this sauce. I tried it on a whole host of things and just couldn't find the right food for it. It's kind of like an asian BBQ flavor but the flavor was just very muddy in my opinion. I really wanted to like this one but it just didn't work out for me.”
