“When I saw David Blaine’s face I knew I needed this. The sauce took me for surprise on heat. It has a sweetness that burns for a while. Pairs really well with mac-n-cheese.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it really sings on sushi and dumplings. It also makes a great marinade! Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“This is significantly hotter than my other sauces and it has an immediate tingle. A drop or two is all I need when doing it as a stand-alone. I find myself mixing it into mild/medium sauces to plus them up. L more often than eating it by itself.”
