“Overpowering. Can't taste the flavours in the sauce and quite frankly ruins the meal. It almost has a burnt flavour.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it really sings on dumplings and tofu sandwiches. It also makes a great marinade! Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“my favorite so far was on clam chowder”

“It starts off pretty tame, but ramps up quick. Ends up being pretty strong heat. I would say it's sort of fruity and floral at first. Use it primarily on chicken or turkey.”
