“This is one of my favorite hot sauces. It has a lovely tasting body of coconut milk and Indian spices that is backed up with a noticeable but manageable heat. This sauce has me looking for new excuses to cook curry based meals every week simply as an excuse to eat this.”

“This sauce is the best I have ever tasted. That being said, it's not easy to use for another purpose than a condiment because it's a complex sauce by itself so it clashes with other flavours. Seriously though, the late semi-bomb hit of ghost with that kind of glorious indian spice mix is glorious.”

“Looking at the ingredient list, I was super pumped to try this hot sauce. I absolutely love tikka masala chicken, but for some reason this sauce's flavors didn't work. It wasn't how hot it was, which was just right, it was the lack of the other flavors coming through. It's pretty much an ok tikka flavor mixed with a caustic aftertaste.”

Darn, sorry to hear you didn't care for this one! We do have some other sauces with curry, like Clark and Hopkins Assam, which has tamarind in it to counterbalance with sweetness.

“Love, love, love this one. Amazing flavor with the perfect amount of burn. This sauce taste great on everything. I put this on everything from salads to veggie burgers. Very hot, but not overly aggressive, the flavor really shines through on this one”
