“I bought this one because of the name and the ingredients. If you know collard greens as a regular part of your food, then it will catch your eye too. It's hot, I mean ghost pepper is ghost pepper. I can handle this but sometimes out too much and definitely it kicks my butt.”

“This has a really unique and rich flavor, with a good balance of sweetness. It’s a thicker sauce, and I like it on my Mac n’ cheese. There’s spice there, but it’s not too much.”

“It's not often that a sauce can deliver on a full, savory, and specific flavor as advertised while still being balanced and delicious and not at all artificial tasting. The spice is a stabbing heat that makes my mouth water just thinking about. This is the first bottle I reach for when I'm having mac and cheese, tacos, pizza, or even if I want to mix it with a little bit of sour cream for a more laid back heat experience.”
