“Cadejo has a lovely bit of tartness and has a firm hit of flavor on the front, with a kick that's a little delayed but hits full force once it sneaks up and lingers quite a while. It's tart and tangy, and if that's your thing, this sauce will absolutely tick every box for you. Unfortunately, I'm not particularly large on vinegar or forward tartness, and I bought this sauce with the hope that some of the other ingredients, like the paprika, onion, etc. would come through a bit more. Its flavor profile wound up being a little bit too unbalanced for me. Still, a major kudos to the team, and for those who are looking for a nice sauce that I've described, with this one you can't go wrong!”

“I got this in the season 23 pack, and had to get more. It’s about a 4/10 on spice, but it packs SO much flavor! Love it!”

“I recently started getting into eating hot sauces because of my partner. We randomly decided to get this sauce because every hot ones we watched, this was the ultimate favorite and I didn’t want to start with some crazy hot. This has the best flavor and perfect amount of heat and I’ll continue to buy it until the end of time!!”
