“I have an affection for Calabrian Chilies since my first experience with them fresh on a pizza several years ago. Happily for me, they have become more common place in my local grocers so I don't slip into a deep depression of fantastic food depravity. This is not quite as hot as I expected it could be. Great on Italian food and pizza for sure. A lovely sauce and surprisingly thick, almost paste like.”
