Great flavor that pairs amazingly with wings. Easily a top sauce in flavor alone, and the serrano's add just enough heat.

This one wasn't as spicy as I was expecting but it was very tasty. It's got a lot of vinegar in it which I really like. Pairs really well with crab salad and fried green tomatoes!

Picked up the sauce per Chef Alton Brown. It’s a great mild sauce and accentuates the flavor of your meat. I prefer using it with pork or steak rather than chicken.

If you are looking for a flavorful, mildly hot, sauce, this is the one to go for. I put it on everything from eggs in the morning to grilled shrimp and even as a salad dressing. Great hot sauce!

I LOVE, love, love this sauce. I find it is best on eggs or white fish. It is a nice medium heat for me. Not too spicy but just enough heat. I also mix it with mayo to make a spicy sauce for sandwiches.

Really enjoy the pepper vinegar flavor but don't really find much use for it. Might work better as part of a marinade sauce.

As a newbie, this is my favorite hot sauce ever! Love the flavors and it's definitely a milder sauce, great for a Heatonist Starter Pack. I have a collection of hot sauces from this site (because I'm obsessed with Hot Ones) but this sauce is one I like trying on just about any food I enjoy. Really great sauce, s/o to the Bronx! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

This sauce has far too much vinegar and has a pretty mild heat. It was disappointing. Try Los Calientes for a much better, more versatile green sauce.
