“The apple vinegar and serrano pepper synergize nicely -- this sauce also goes well on sandwiches and even (sparingly) on pizza. If it has a flaw, it's that the sauce's taste is very strong and can overpower subtler flavors.”

“This herbaceous, garlicky sauce is a great mix between a vinegar hot sauce and a traditional green salsa. The Bronx tastes strongly of the serrano peppers it's made with, as well as the complimentary flavors of garlic and onion. This is a sauce that doesn't muddy it's bright, fresh flavors with smoke or too much salt, and you can taste all of it's six simple ingredients perfectly. One of the best mild(ish) hot sauces around and an absolute killer on tacos (especially breakfast tacos!)”

“This sauce really compliments some grilled chicken. The bitter tang from the Serrano peppers really comes through, which is enhanced by the garlic and onion notes, but the sweetness of the sugar and apple cider vinegar really balances it out. Overall it's a good sauce. It wasn't really that hot. Tapatio is hotter than this in my opinion.”
