“This sauce really hits the perfect heat for me and packs in a pile of flavor as well. The sour citrus goes well with poultry, fish, or tofu. I use it as a condiment on wings when I want something not-buffalo, on tacos, and as a major contributing ingredient in blending a slightly more mild steak sauce. I keep coming back to it.”
