“This is quickly becoming a favorite. It has a bbq-like taste. The lime is the first thing I recognize followed by a bit of cinnamon sweetness. The ghost peppers are hot, but not overbearing. I’ve used this sauce for eggs, burgers, tacos, and baked salmon. It’s great on many things.”

“Lacks depth, and doesn't really have any flavor. Not Really even all that spicy. A little smoky flavoring, but even that's flat.”

“This sauce is full of flavor. It has such a broad profile, that it works on so many foods. I've found it in my morning eggs to be the best! The adobo lives it a beautiful smokey sweetness thats balanced out by the acidity and then that ghost pepper hits you and it's a perfect blend of flavors. I'm trying to broaden my hot sauce collection and seldom buy the same sauces twice, but this one is a solid candidate for a second purchase”

Oh no! So sorry this sauce wasn't your cup of tea. We find this sauce is amazing on chicken gyros and butternut squash. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“I purchased this one along with the Apollo! This has a nice sweetness to it that makes it fairly easy on the taste buds. The heat is up there but no so much that you can't enjoy a dozen or more wings.”
