“Taste like a cinnamon gram cracker with spice. The spice is perfect, nothing crazy but not subtle either. Definitely the worst sauce I've gotten from heatonist though and I have over 20 sauces now.”

We're sorry to hear you felt that way! This is definitely a more unique one with the black lime and cinnamon. If you haven't tried it on a chorizo taco yet, though, we'd recommend giving it a go! The cinnamon is right at home.

“Bursting with flavor, good with everything. And though it isn't really very hot it gets the job done. I'd buy this by the gallon. For flavor to heat this is probably my number one hot sauce right now.”

“I have been a hotsauce lover for a solid 25+ years (majority of my life) and a few years back I ran in to Senor Lechuga on instagram and have been loving the sauce more than any brand ever. I have had all their collabs and different flavors and I do have to say this one will be staying stocked up in my fridge at all times. It’s Delicious! #CalienteAsFuck”

“This reads like something from my actual dreams. A guajillo/ghost combo.. done by the great señor lechuga.. with (I think) spices from burlap & barrel?? And it tastes as amazing as it sounds. Incredible!”

“I just received this as part of the Hot Ones subscription box. I have a fridge dedicated to hot sauce, and this is probably the best sauce in it, based around a super-hot pepper. Most of these sauce makers try to destroy your mouth because, obviously, you are only interested in destroying yourself if you order something with a super-hot in it... Maybe I want something that balances the flavor of the pepper with other delicious ingredients and not something that tastes like I did a dip of minty tobacco (looking at you Karma Sauce's Burn After Eating garbage). Granted ghost peppers aren't the absolute worst thing on the planet, it's like someone finally figured out how to make a sauce taste good and punish you at the same time. This will probably be the first bottle of sauce I finish in 5 years.”
