“This is one of our all time favorite sauces! We live in the Caribbean and the bright and tangy ginger flavor pairs perfectly with chicken and pork off the hardwood grill and nice glass of Dominican Rum. I love to eat it on sandwiches off the street cart, and It’s also fantastic on seafood, especially fried chillo! I always have a bottle with mePretty mild, but that’s nice too as a lot of people here don’t eat much spice, so it’s great for entertaining our friends who like a little heat with great flavor.”

“Amazing flavor. Great with shrimps instead of a cocktail sauce. perfect for Asian food like a dipper for samosas or egg rolls. Just a really yummy sauce, not too hot but just enough sting. That ginger comes through, so this sauce doesn’t go with everything.”
