This one's pretty damn tasty - I like to take a little bit off the top of the cap when I first get the sauces, and my first impression was that it was really, really unique and delicious. The ginger is probably the punchiest component in play here, and the heat comes through pretty quickly. I wouldn't really want to put this on just any taco, but the uniqueness of the sauce does, as other reviewers have noted, make it a little more challenging to find an acceptable pairing. Once you find something you like it on, though, you are in business. Very nice sauce, would buy it again.

I like this sauce, but it's not my favorite. It's bright and fresh tasting, but I find the ginger a little overpowering. It goes with a variety of foods, and it's a solid medium in spiciness. It's also thicker in consistency. I love the artwork!

I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by this one! The heat was very unexpected, but in a good way. It was great without being too overpowering. The flavor was also amazing! The flavors all harmonized beautifully to create a symphony of flavor that complimented the heat better than I ever could have expected. Hands down one of the best hot sauces I, personally, have had the pleasure of tasting!

Heat: 4/10. Less heat for a chilli head, but this may have some practical uses as well. A drop or two in a margarita or Moscow Mule (JUST A DROP) may add a tiny kick for a cocktail. Taste: 8/10. I like the taste a lot, it just isn't a traditional hot sauce. The fruity flavor makes a bit of a trick to find a good pairing, but that aside, it does taste great!
