“This sauce is one that grabbed my attention during Hot Ones, but it's so much more tasty than I expected. It has a really unique flavor profile, so it's not necessarily always my go to sauce. For example: It's great on indian food, but it wasn't the right sauce for my breakfast burrito. But it's got just the right amount of spice for my taste. It kicks, but it doesn't linger. I'm a fan.”

“Definitely a bit on the mild side of the spectrum but has excellent flavor. Has a great mix of citrus, ginger, and floral tastes that works great with fish or just by itself as a salsa. Will be grabbing another bottle on my next order.”

“I like this sauce, it's milder than the red habanero and black coffee one despite sharing the heat out of ten, it's bright and ginger-y and works great on salmon, and rice dishes, surprisingly works well on sweet potato fries, somewhat runny which I didn't like, and can be a bit limiting but I liked it”

“Tried this on wings and eggs and wasn't impressed. Tried it on a tuna sandwich and it was amazing. Snuck it into my favorite sushi restaurant and spiced up my sushi rolls. Was fantastic. Can't recommend enough for Rice/sushi/fish.”

“This sauce is one of the runnier sauces in my kitchen, the liquid has a tendency to separate from the sauce more than most, even after just a couple of minutes . Nice flavour, i but i agree with other reviews, the flavour isn't as general purpose as other sauces, but it's bright and delightful when you find the right combination for your diet.”
