This is my go to sauce for pizza. We have a ton of sauces to choose from at home. But I always grab this one when we have pizza. This has such a good flavor and warms up just enough to give you a little burn. Big fan of hot ones.

Fort time I tried this one, I put it on a burrito; that was bad choice. I gave it another shot on a tuna salad sandwich, and that turned out great. This sauce doesn't go well with Mexican food, but it pairs really well with fish. I haven't tried it on much other stuff yet, but this seems to be the best use I've found so far. It does taste really good and has an ok heat, but just isn't an "everything" sauce.

One of my favorite sauces. Definitely more flavor, than spicy, but it still has a good kick to it that doesn't linger.

I found the combination of white vinegar + ginger incredibly astringent and one-note. I automatically got the ‘Jamaican jerk’ vibe when I ordered the sauce but realized that the missing allspice really was necessary here. It has good body and could be a decent marinade with all the acid but I wanted the spices from this.

First of all, the Label on this Bottle - It's just so dope! Now, actually, properly, the Sauce. This sauce is perfect! This is a great Beginners Sauce, and, anyone can enjoy this Sauce. The Aroma is of Fresh Scotch Bonnets, Sweated Onions, Ginger, and Garlic. The Sauce is incredible tasting! A nice little sting from the Scotch Bonnets, nice creamy texture via Olive Oil, juicy 'n' sweet Bell Peppers, that official Sweet-Sweated-Onion flavor, busty Garlic, and a zesty-tang from the combination of the Vinegar and the Lime. Dump this in anything, on anything. Eggs in the Morning, Salad with some Romania; Carrot; Olives; Celery; Cherry Tomatoes; for Lunch at the Office, Grilled Jerk Chicken with some added Garlic and Parsley for Dinner. Boom! You're all set and ready to go! And I'm sure that you could Craft some insane Cocktail with this, but I'm not going down that Alley Way, as I'm not interested in Crafting such - Strangeness. Over all 10/10!

I love the name and bottle but the flavor was meh. If you like ginger mild hot-sauce this might be for you. I tried it on wings, eggs, burrito but it just didn't work.

The smell alone will be enough to entice you! The taste is sweet with ginger and yet there's that absolute kick of the Scotch Bonnet that leaves you wanting more and more. I made my own hot wings with this sauce and I was impressed with not only the rich flavors it added but the spicy kick at the end. This is my favorite so far and I will be ordering TONS more!
