“I love this sauce. It has such a unique taste & it's gone perfect with everything I've tried it on. Such a bright flavor with a perfect amount of heat, not brain melting but enough to feel it & taste it. Pretty addictive.”

“I'm a Franks guy, and where I live is pretty much the birthing place of Buffalo sauce, to which different levels of heat are made. This was my first venture out in the world of what I'll dub "craft" hot sauces, and I was not disappointed. This came recommended to me by someone who is really into hot sauces, and was a solid option for me. There is a ton of flavor in this sauce, and while the heat is there (and is about my limit) it does not overpower the food, which is the most important part. Answering some of the other questions is rather tough because everyone has their own definitions of "mild, medium, hot, and superhot". What I will say is this is on par (heat wise) with a traditional hot buffalo sauce.”

“This is a unique hot sauce and the ginger is evident in the most pleasant way. This is easily one of my favorite ones I had tried. I have all of season 6 and some of season 10 of hot ones and this is one of the absolute best ones and i will always have this in my pantry. I live in Paris and brought it with me. It is amazing and would love a lifetime supply of this!”

“This is such a lovely bright sauce. Because of that brightness, it pairs beautifully with rich, fatty foods. Magnificent on a smoked salmon sandwich, cutting through the richness without being overpowering.”

“Medium building heat with nice bold ginger taste. It doesn't pair well with some things but kills it on tacos. If you love ginger, this is great. If you don't, it may be disappointing.”
