Tasty, medium heat sauce with a ginger forward taste (but a noticeable Scotch bonnet twang). Goes great in my ramen, on chicken, and anything else where you want some heat and ginger. Doesn't work so well on pizza or Mexican food though, just not the taste profile for it. I can see why Sean Evans calls this his favorite sauce though. It's a touch pricey at $10, but I understand specialty sauces come with a premium price.

My favorite out of the many sauces I have tried. Great combination of flavor and heat. Goes great with wings and also in soups!

This is my favorite hot sauce of all time. It has a low simmering burn complimented with a understated fruitiness. While it is a ginger sauce, the ginger is complimentary to the scotch bonnet. I use it on everything hot sauce belongs on!

Great host sauce. Spicier than their 'Jalapeno Tequila Lime' - Would probably classify this one as the upper level of mild. Delicious.

Pretty good! Wife brought it home, now it's pretty much the only thing holding our marriage together. In other words it pairs amazing with anything you put it on, Cheese Omelet, Chicken Ramen, Garlic Chicken, and tried it on basic Dino Chicken nuggets. It hasn't disappointed me yet and is cheaper than marriage counseling...
