“I was wary to try a scotch bonnet hot sauce, thinking it would blow me away, but this is a truly excellent hot sauce. The ginger flavor makes it pair perfectly with Asian flavors, but it's also fantastic on pizza or eggs. This sauce has established itself in my regular rotation.”

“At first, Queen Majesty was a little disappointing. Only because I was looking forward to experiencing a sever kick of ginger. This was pepper forward with more subtle ginger flavors. However, one fateful night we ordered Indian food. They set the spice level at “My Mother in Law Who’s Afraid to Even Look at a Bell Pepper”. Bland. Sad. And still expensive! But Queen Majesty SAVED THE DAY! A few dashes and we were back on track, riding the train to spicy nirvana. The scotch bonnets brought the heat, bringing out the previously hidden flavors of our chicken Tikka and Saag Paneer and the subtle ginger complemented the food without altering the flavor too much. All the more reason to not only have a favorite hot sauce- but a sauce Arsenal at your disposal. Plus you get to support a women owned business!”
