“It is a wonderful sauce. It’s not the hottest but has amazing depth of flavors. We put it on wings but later enjoyed it most in place of mustard on a Chicago style hot dog.”

“I like the flavor. It is a really great sauce, but it doesn't pair well with many things in my opinion. Many of the other sauces I've purchased here are pretty universal but the strong ginger character limits the uses for this one to me.”
