“The ginger is outstanding -- is a nose memory a thing? I feel like I can still smell it an hour after trying some. The spice is less of the oily variety that you get with a lot of sauces -- more of a fine tingle that builds the more you have. Can't wait to put it on fried chicken and stir a big glob into a batch of stir fry”

“This is my favorite hot sauce. I have an obsession with it. It is by far the best hot sauce I have ever tasted. It is a combination of spicy, sweet, and very bright sauce, elevating the flavors of whatever you are using it on. . . Tacos, Chicken, anything. I hope this sauce NEVER goes away, it would break my heart.”

“This is one of my favorites for everyday use. The heat is perfect for most dishes and the subtle ginger adds another level of flavor. One of my favorite uses is on a kraut dog instead of mustard! Delicious!!!”

“One of my favorite sauces of all time. I'm an absolute sucker for ginger and scotch bonnets, and this sauce is the perfect marriage of both. It absolutely shines on chicken, both fried and baked. This sauce can perform as a condiment or the main base of a dish. Moreover, I reached out to Queen Majesty to tell them how much I love this sauce --something I rarely do (and something I'm ashamed to admit to, frankly). I received personalized notes in return. This company is made up of truly dedicated, appreciative people with incredible culinary skill (go find their Charcoal Ghost RIGHT. NOW). Will their sauces burn your face off, a la Da Bomb? No. Will they impart real heat with an incredible amount of deliciousness? Yes. Yes they will, and you will be grateful. These are kind, talented people with exceptional products, especially this one; cooked in small batches, environmentally friendly right down to their packaging, and made with love. Support them.”
