“just one of my favorite sauces really. the fresh ginger and the taste of the peppers are too good. relatively easy hot sauces with not too many bells and whistles. heat is there but not crazy. just enjoyable even for non experienced hot sauce sommeliers”

“This quite possibly could be my favorite hot sauce. The flavor is incredible and the heat is generous. I love the ginger flavor. This sauce goes great on most things and can even be used for culinary purposes like in soups, etc. I highly recommend this sauce for anyone who loves bold flavor and heat.”

“I ordered this after hearing it was one of Sean Evan's current favorites. Although I'm a fan of sweet heat and this is not particularly sweet, it is very good. There is a difference between the way some peppers can cause stomach pain, and the way ginger can give your stomach a cozy, warm feeling inside. This sauce does that, plus it brings the sharp but welcome heat of the Scotch Bonnet peppers -- yes sharp, but not too painful. It's an excellent mix and it has won me over. Others talk about the mustard, but it's not overly mustardy -- just a very good heat with a pleasant aftertaste that keeps me coming back for more. Great not just on wings and pork, but excellent mixed in with eggs or a morning gruel.”

“I trust Sean Evans, and if he says that this is his absolute everyday favorite, I'll bite. And this sauce is phenomenal. I've had it on breakfast eggs, pizza, and of course, wings. I'll keep trying it, and ordering more!”
