“While the heat on this is nice, for me it was just too thin and all I could taste was ginger (nothing else). And it didn't pair well with most foods I tried it with like fries, chili or mac and cheese. Even over pirogi I was like, "I won't do this again". I'll pass next time.”

“Sweeter than I had anticipated but still has good heat. The earthiness of the ginger is certainly there and gives it an almost Asian kind of flavor profile. If sweeter sauces are your thing, this is a good one, but for me I like something with more acidic notes.”

“I'm a huge fan of ginger and this delivers on that. The heat is pretty strong but well balanced with the flavor. I use this with some Indian dishes and some Asian food. I really like the scotch bonnet too. Little sharper of a pepper.”

“This sauce is so tasty, goes great on a lot of different foods. I espeically love to pair it with a garden veggie egg dish. It's the perfect sweetness and heat, and packs a punch with just a small amount so it lasts longer. I used to buy in person from Grand Central Market but since 2020 times Heatonist has been a great resource, quick shipping and easy to use site.”
