“When my wife and I first tried, we immediately became fans of it. So much we finished the bottle in a week. Haha. We ate it with every meal. It's more of the flavor then the heat. If you haven't tried it yet, don't think about it and just get it!”

“For a scotch bonnet and ginger based hot sauce, it’s surprisingly not as spicy as I expected. But damn is it flavorful! I’ve only had it so far with leftovers that had ginger in already and it really punched that up.”

“Pleasant combination. Certainly fees fresh and tangy. The ginger doesn’t taste overbearing. It comes off very mellow and clear. The vinegar in it is basically to give it a super open and crisp starting taste. The scotch bonnets come in and deliver their heat. The other ingredients maintain a decent performance throughout. Good on nearly anything. Adds substantial flavor though, so smoky items or already strong tasting food does not go well with this.”

“I'm not a big fan of sauces rated above 4/10 heat, however this definitely should be bumped up to 5/10 as it was too spicy for me. Unfortunately, the ginger wasn't a redeeming quality for this heat, as in my opinion ginger and heat don't mix well.”

“My personal all-time favorite. Perfectly balanced and spicy enough to enjoy with almost anything. It's great on a taco, on chicken over the grill or with breakfast. there really isn't a meal or time of day that this sauce won't compliment.”
