“If this isn't the most delicious hot sauce on the planet, it's in the top 5. Absolutely delicious on everything with just enough kick for spice lovers but not too much for those who can't handle high level scovilles. I am never without this sauce in stock.”

“I am not a fan of sweet in my heat, so I was surprised that I really liked this. The sweet comes from the onions and the heat is quite nice. I mostly ate this on pizza (works really well on veggie pizza as well as breakfast) but it was also good with Indian dishes.”

“This is top 3 for me. The brightest and most citrusy sauce I've found yet. I go through it quick because it pours quicker than the thicker sauces on this site I tend to buy...also because I occasionally drink this one straight from the bottle. The ginger and scotch bonnets ingeniously play off each other. And I think the chilies might be toasted a little, which also does wonders. It's a bright but complex flavor.”

“This sauce is outstanding. The ginger plus the Scotch Bonnet is a great mix. It's got some heat, but it's not overpowering. This pairs great with all kinds of food. Definitely will buy this again!”

“Put this on a mongolian pork dish and it paired very well. Not too much heat but the flavors were excellent!”
