“This is my single favorite hot sauce — a wonderful blend between flavor and heat, compromising on neither. The burn, while robust, comes late enough that you have ample time to taste the relatively complex flavor of the sauce. This is a particularly good pairing with flavorful meats like pork and lamb.”
