“Great balance between acidity and the slight bitterness brought by the coffee infusion. I find it to be on the spicy side of a "medium" spice. Consistency of this sauce can vary as it is made in small batches but tends to be thinner than "the last dab" but much thicker than vinegar based sauces such as Tabasco. Works great on pasta, meats, and sandwiches.”

“This is one of my favourite sauces when I am not looking for heat but just perfect accompaniment. It is my go to for my Saturday and Sunday morning poached eggs. The black coffee flavour is the perfect pairing for buttery eggs and my first cup of french roast. Queen Majesty is going to be a staple in my house.”

“Interesting flavors. NGL it tastes a little bit like those tiny weird shaped soaps in your grandma's bathroom that you're not supposed to use. Has other flavors too and is surprisingly versatile. Nice amount of heat.”

“The best. Personal favorite after trying a lot of the selections. Complex flavor with a thicker consistency and the perfect amount of burn. Add one to every order. The other offerings from Queen Majesty are very good too (like scotch bonnet ginger) but this one is the stand out”
