This sauce has a some kick to it, but also has a great aftertaste. I used it for a lot of foods and I would definitely buy again.

I went through a bottle of this very fast. I loved it in soups, on pizza, Mexican food, and on vegetables. It's almost salsa like in it's flavour profile, without the cilantro.

Bought this one with their scotch bonnet/ginger sauce, and this sauce is a much thicker, full-bodied sauce - not that the thinner sauce is by any means bad, as I gave that five stars as well. You get the heat right off the bat, and the coffee and earthiness of the spices used rounds this out really beautifully. Honestly, the idea to brew coffee with vinegar and then use that in a sauce is so genius and simple that it just blew me away from a creative standpoint - it makes so much sense and is such an easy and learned way to incorporate that body that coffee can bring to a good savory dish that I have no idea why it never occurred to me as being possible. This goes well with more savory selections, as they note on the label, so it's not quite as difficult to pair into a meal than the scotch bonnet/ginger sauce. It's a very manageable heat while still being satisfying both as a flavor- and heat-enhancer. Very well done.

This is a favorite in our household, and we always have a bottle on hand. It goes with everything, especially chicken, pulled pork and nachos. The sauce is well-balanced, and the coffee lends and earthy quality. It's medium-hot, so we tend to pour a lot of it on food and use it up quickly. It has a thicker texture. Love the artwork too!
