“I bought this with 2 other sauces from Queen Majesty and I think it perfectly rounds out the flavor spectrum. I have a sauce for every meal. This was amazing on my breakfast burrito this morning. It's got a kick, but it doesn't stick around like some habanero sauces do. Also I don't necessarily taste the coffee, but it does come through as almost smoky. It's like the best roja taco truck salsa you could imagine.”

“Queen Majesty Red Habanero and Black Coffee! Red and black - what a sinister combination of colours to begin with. Indeed this creation from the kitchen of Erica Diehl approached my tastebuds as kind of an odd one out, but maaaaan the taste just absolutely grew on me and is an experience on its own. I see why it's not on the Hot Ones roster anymore (and only was for a short time). The heat rests steadily on a lower mid-level, where there's a lot of competition around. However that somewhat bitter ominous undertone lends it a special something, which puts you off at first, like the first shot of a spirit, only to leave you asking for more. This is an interesting sauce with a lot of depth to it and particularly gorgeous on fish. If hot sauces were like rock music, this would definitely be the RUSH of them. Never brutal but individualistic, complex and super sophisticated. Love it!”

“This is a nice, different sauce with a little heat and a bit of a zing. I don't know if the little caffeine burst is placebo or what, but I like it. It's unique and interesting, maybe not something I'd eat all the time, but something to crack out for brunch with company.”

“Beautiful symphony and coordination between the spice and the flavors. If you're not sure about hot sauces in general, highly recommend this as a gateway sauce. I tasted it and had to stop myself from continuing tasting it. Pretty sure I could have finished the entire thing out of the bottle in one sitting . It is sooooooooo yummmmmmyyyyy!!!!”

“My first hot sauce from Heatonist, it didn't disappoint, the heat is good and it doesn't linger for long which is great if you're not tolerant of hot foods, it has a depth and earthiness that's just wonderful in everything, perfect in a grilled cheese sandwich btw.”

“This is a wonderful sauce with a perfect amount of kick! The spice spreads evenly throughout the mouth and doesn't linger for too long, making for a nice hot experience. I'd recommend it for anyone!”
