“I can’t stop eating this hot sauce! It truly is delicious and you taste the coffee the more you eat it. I have developed more love for it the more I’ve eaten it, but it was only about the second time that I tried that I realized I was absolutely in love. the depth of flavor is excellent and the presence of coffee makes it particularly good for breakfast dishes, but I just had it on mac & cheese and it was great.”

“It is a nice starter sauce. I’m a newbie and been into spices for three months now. So, I am used to the heat. It has a unique earthy flavor. The only downside to this sauce is I feel the earthy taste can be a bit much. I’m not sure how versatile this can be. At the moment, it is perfect for pulled pork or ribs. Not so sure it will work for pizza and other dishes.”

“I decided to try this sauce based on the very high rating and glowing reviews, and I'm very glad that I did. It is not at all what I was expecting - I wasn't sure about coffee flavor in a hot sauce, but it doesn't come through like simply adding coffee to a vinegar base. There is this depth of flavor that is difficult to describe, and I quickly became totally addicted to this stuff. I'm using it on everything and I've yet to find any food that it doesn't pair well with. Literally any protein, rice and beans, pizza, even merguez sausage. It's not really hot but I have other sauces for when I want more heat. Seriously, give it a try.”

“Earthy finish. Starts fairly hot and distinctly habanero flavor and then you get the coffee notes. So good on tacos, breakfast scramble, probably anything.”
