“Was kind of disappointed with this one. All I really taste is the red bell pepper. Now this is a personal problem as I'm not a huge fan of bell peppers. But I was excited about the coffee, garlic, and ginger. I did not taste any of the coffee infused vinegar, ginger, or garlic. Just really tasted like spicy bell pepper. I do have to say the balance of heat was good and the olive oil made it a nice smooth sauce. So if you are a bell pepper fan then you will enjoy this. My pallet just did not.”

“A beautifully complex sauce bringing together the fresh sweetness of bell pepper and onion, the roasty bitterness of coffee, the bright acidity of white vinegar, and the invigorating heat of habanero, clove, and ginger. I use the sauce daily, giving otherwise average plates deep layers of flavor and a nice little kick.”

“Fresh Asiago Bread, butter, Spanish, Articinal Salchichón Ibérico de Belota with Castello DanBlue, Blue Cheese, this just gives a little more zest to the sandwich. The complexity of the sauce pleases me.”

“This one is amazing on ALL meats. Even eggs & fried rice. So far I love the all Queen Majesty sauces. Have yet to try the Jalapeño Tequila & Lime Hot Sauce.”
