“Queen Majesty is probably my favorite hot sauce maker, and this (Red Habanero & Black Coffee) is probably my favorite sauce! It's perfectly balanced sweetness and heatness, with an unexpected ginger and coffee kick!”

“I bought this expecting it to be perfect with steak. I know expectation has a lot to do with the equation but I simply did not understand this hot sauce with that pairing. It just didn’t work for me. Oh well.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it is absolutely phenomenal on burgers and chicken with rice. It also makes a great marinade! Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“Make no mistake — the _only_ reason I'm giving this sauce four stars instead of five is that can't quite stack up against its siblings in the Queen Majesty line. This is nevertheless an outstanding, rich sauce that adds complex, strong flavors to many dishes. This isn't quite up to the standard of the sublime Ginger & Scotch Bonnet or the now much-missed Charcoal Ghost, but it's a fine entry in its own right.”
