“I love hot sauces that can find that happy medium between spice and flavour, and does this sauce ever deliver! I love this on breakfast sandwiches (the coffee part makes this extra perfect) but also on wings, sandwiches, nachos, even on diced chicken that goes on a salad. This is definitely my new favourite hot sauce. Can’t say enough about the quality and flavour!!!!”

“This sauce’s flavor profile is very creative. I really like the way it tastes with certain foods— fried chicken, French fries, etc— but am still exploring the extent of what this sauce has to offer. I highly recommend”

“I'm new to hot sauces, and this was just hot enough to make me need a sip of milk. A little thinner than I had expected. Too much vinegar flavor when taking a small dab, but inside a burrito or burger it really is a lovely flavor. Your first encounter with the flavor is a ride. It really goes in a lot of directions but so well balanced.”

“This sauce is SO good. It has medium-heat, but it wins with a truly unique flavor profile that's hard to describe. There's a real sweetness and the apple vinegar, ginger and garlic definitely come through. This is type of sauce that can genuinely be used to enhance dishes not just add heat. This will be a staple in our fridge for sure.”
