“5 Star Sauce! Not too hot. Strong flavor with hints of lemongrass and ginger. I loved it on literally everything!! Avocado toast, roasted veggies, pizza, Thai food, rice bowls., etc. Very versatile! Finished the bottle in a week!”

“If you like asian food/flavors this sauce is a must. Goes great in addition to thai/chinese/korean food, as well as other foods like plant based sausages and pizza. The heat is on the lighter side of 6, and the lemongrass and basil really shine. I like to toss this sauce into stir fry or tofu dishes to cook with on the pan to infuse the heat and flavor.”

“This is one of my favorite sauces. I’ve bought 3 and use them all the time. I don’t think it’s as hot as a 6but it is still really good and fresh tasting. It is a little on the watery side as far as thickness”

“A solid sauce but nothing special. A good amount of heat though not overbearing. Flavor is fine but not as good as the somewhat similar Assam.”
