The citrus flavor shines through and cuts the heat just the right amount, I’ve used this sauce in everything from marinades to pad Thai and have come away pleased every time. The aroma blends nicely but would not use in place of traditional hot bombs, it’s flavor definitely stands out.

Not nearly as hot as I expected, and very watery. I've only eaten two dishes with it and it's halfway gone. I like smoky, mustardy, or sweet sauces typically so this wasn't a good match for me anyway.

Maybe not the hottest but i judge on forehead heat and flavor. The citrus is so tasty tingles on the tongue and lasts. Forehead rush with enough cant be beat. I would get a gallon of this stuff and put on everything.

So good! One of my favorites but not as hot as listed. Love the addition of the coconut in this sauce. It was fantastic on both tacos and eggs.

Seems to be an increasingly frequent trend that some "hotter" Hot Ones lineup sauces get overrated on heat scale while some "warm up" sauces get underrated for heat. This one has so many other flavors going on that the reaper heat gets lost but it's still a good sauce. This one belongs in the warm up sauces, maybe a 3 or 4 at most.

Like the name would suggest, this is goes great with all types of curries. The lemongrass, basil, and cilantro give this hot sauce a flavor that's more herbal and foreign in the world of hot sauces, but it's absolutely delicious especially paired with specific dishes. I mixed it in with a Mediterranean dish that was heavy on cilantro and it really blended in and accented those flavors. The heat is nothing a vet can't handle but newcomers should be cautious. In large enough quantities this can burn a bit.

This sauce really has a unique flavor. I’ve been pulling it regularly from my arsenal of about 20 hot sauces, because it pairs well with everything from fish to quesadillas and more.
