“Very herby/cilantro flavor. I love this sauce it barely lasts around the shop and in the home. It's great on almost everything. I LOVE the flavor it's not very hot so you can absolutely use it with reckless abandon. As a frame of reference I can do a spoon of Last Dab Apollo and say "Oh that's pretty spicy" so it's not super hot to me but I def can feel the heat of it. So that being said take my "its not that hot" with a grain of salt.”

“The ingredients in this sauce sound fantastic, but it didn't end up standing out as much as I expected. It has a pleasant spice level, and the flavor is good, but it didn't really make me think of Thai food, and I just think it could have been balanced a little better. I prefer Seed Ranch's Umami sauce for a nice, complex flavor.”

“Great flavor, but the only application I've found that it compliments the flavor of the food so far has been Thai food. Was not a fan of it on ramen.”

“The mint rocks. Cooling and flavorful. Looking forward to first time with my Thai curry. Nice heat but does not overpower.”
