Amazing flavors, medium heat, goes really really well in soup bruh! None of us liked it on chicken wings, though

I received this as part of the Hot Sauce Health Pack and this sauce absolutely floored me. It's definitely got some kick, but the flavors in this are complex and varied. You can really taste the cilantro, lemongrass and basil, and the heat was just right. I loved it on eggs, and it was also phenomenal on wings. Be careful, because sometimes it can come out kinda fast. That won't be a problem while you're eating, since it's delicious. But you might be sad when it runs out too quickly. I don't like to throw around words like "perfection," but I would use it to describe this sauce.

The lemongrass, cilantro, lime juice and basil really bring the flavors of Thai and Vietnamese cooking to fried rice and chicken dishes. Not quite what what I would call a 6/10 for spiciness (maybe a 4.5/10) but definitely delicious!

super fun flavors with thai ginger, herbs and fresh chili flavor coming through. There is definitely some welcome heat but a ton of other flavors that come through, but it is nevertheless versatile on almost everything i've poured it on. Highly recommend.

I decided to buy this bottle after seeing this company at the hot sauce convention in Brooklyn! For me this goes best on Asian style dishes maybe because of the lemongrass flavor.

This is one of my favorite sauces! It's got a medium heat and delicious flavor. It pairs REALLY well with breakfast tacos/burritos. My BF and I have a hard time keeping this sauce in our fridge because it's so tasty and versatile.

Overall this sauce is pretty good, nice balance of flavors and spicy. But as a Thai person myself, I would use Thai chili pepper and go a bit less on the cumin. I think galangal would go nicely to add the flavor. The lemongrass and basil do add a nice flavor.
