“well tastes like fresh thai curry out a bottle. relatively thin sauce but super rich taste with thai basil & lime leave notes. heat level is good but not too crazy. completely enjoyable for me as a condiment to anything really.”

“I got this sauce as a three pack because I wanted to order the new Last Dab Apollo and the new Rojo Calientes. It was just a random pick, I like green sauces very much and me and the guys at the shop regularly do hot sauce challenges. We've done everything from regular hot sauce all the way out to Mad Dog 357 w/ plutonium 9. I gotta say, this sauce right here is gonna be a re order, I ordered it on a whim, and the first thing I used it on was to spice up the "hot" curry from the local curry truck. It has enough heat to be noticeable but it isn't so hot that only you and your hot sauce buddies can enjoy it. If I had to guess, if you have those "black pepper is spicy" people in your circle of eating, it would be at their limit. Little hotter than a fresh jalapeno. Very crisp and a surprisingly robust flavor, I absolutely love it.”

“This is really more of a "flavor" sauce rather than a "hot" sauce, but it packs a TON of amazing flavor. This has become a staple in our fridge. It can make anything better. My only complaint is that it's very watery. I am not a big fan of watery sauces, but it works better with this sauce than it does for more traditional sauces.”

“Awesome Thai flavor - great way to spice up Thai ordered for the family. Nice kick, not crazy hot, tasty lemongrass flavor. All around, one of my favorites!”
