The sauce is well balanced but a bit thin, so be careful with the pour. Decent kick which continues to build ... very nice. There is lots of flavor with some properties of worchestershire sauce. The flavor is different but the tang is similar with a larger and more exotic bite. Anything you would put worster on, you could use this sauce instead. You can eat it straight from a spoon (like Rachael Ray), as a condiment directly on meat or eggs (not veggies), and also as an additional flavoring to stews, soups, and other sauces.

The flavour of this sauce is incredible. For me I wish it had a little more kick but one of the best sauces I’ve bought from at least a dozen.

Absolutely delicious! This is a complex sauce with just enough kick to not overwhelm the deep flavor profile.

Classic Thai green sauce. Probably my all time favorite. It’s very spicy without losing the complex flavors. I feel like it’s sweet, salty, just acidic enough, and transports you straight to Thailand... or at least your favorite Thai restaurant. I’ve used it for Thai noodles and also on a Southwest breakfast burrito. It’s always a good choice. Highly recommend!

I thought that the herbal notes that would punch up the Thai flavors would be stronger. This sauce was quite watery and strongly tasted of vinegar and slightly reminiscent of Tabasco sauce. Was also not very spicy or what I expect from a Thai inspired hot sauce.

Great Thai-inspired start with a Carolina Reaper finish (but not too much - just enough to warm up the back-end). Nice pick-me-up for curry - during cooking and after to-taste!

I love this stuff. I'm a fan of hot, but not so hot it ruins the flavor of stuff, and this sauce is perfect. It's got a good kick of heat, but it won't burn so hot that it kills your tastebuds. It has a wonderful lemongrass flavor that I am really digging on rice dishes. It's a nice change of pace from more run-of-the-mill pepper sauces. My only complaint is about the bottle, not the sauce itself. The sauce is very runny, and there's nothing to sort of block it from streaming out of the bottle, so you have to really be careful not to basically waste half the bottle on your food. Not that that would be a bad thing -- it's delicious -- but I want to make it last!

I absolutely love this sauce, I just ordered my 4th bottle. The heat is not much, but its there. The flavor is to die for. Definitely the best green sauce I've ever tasted.
