“This sauce is very good on eggs! That said, after trying it with several types of food, I found myself only using it on eggs. Heat is probably a 3 or 4. Smell is really good with the peppercorns. Taste is great, but like I said the unique flavor lends itself only to certain dishes. It's not really an all-purpose sauce.”

“The perfect go to sauce for any egg preparation. The flavors are well balanced. The comfortable heat level provides a fairly mellow kick allowing all of the other flavor elements to shine through.”

“I’ve been trying many of these and this one is fantastic. The heat is not too much ( I don’t like crazy heat) and the flavor is delicious. We put it on eggs, potatoes, tofu and it’s great on cantaloupe with a little sea salt. Highly recommend if you like hot sauce that doesn’t burn your mouth off but has a nice heat.”

“We use this sauce on most everything. It’s a layered complex spin on a traditional hot sauce with more kick. If it was 3X the size it would still go quickly in this house. Buy 2.”

“Perfect sauce for any occasion. Not too spicy (I’m a lightweight), solid in flavor. Good for meat dishes or as a dipping sauce. Probably my favorite all-around flavored sauce - I find myself reaching for this more than other sauces. Even burn - no sharp kick on the front or back end (read any way you would like).”

“The flavor is fantastic but be warned it may be difficult to pair this sauce with food! Eggs or any kind of breakfast it gets an A+ but if you dabble with rice bowls it overpowers everything. Once you get the pairing down this sauce becomes fantastic as a sauce used in specific situations to elevate your meal! I love it for breakfast because the horseradish clears the sinuses and gets me ready for the day! The habenero can have a bit of an oomf to it so be warned even though this sauce is considered medium level for certain people it could be very hot so be careful when sharing!”
